Returns policy

We understand that returns may be necessary and provide a 14-day window after purchase for customers to return their order for a full refund of the item price, excluding shipping and handling fees. All items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging materials and accessories included.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Notes

Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.;


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@skyroku.com.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds on eligible products if the following conditions are met:
Product Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Request a Refund

Please include the following details in your request:
Order number
Product name and SKU
Reason for refund request
Clear photos of the product (if applicable)
Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of our decision. If the request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item (if necessary) and processing the refund.
Return Shipping: If the product is eligible for a return, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective. If the item was damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To exchange a product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will assist you in sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on your preference.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or a replacement item, depending on your preference, and cover any return shipping costs. Please keep the item in its original packaging, and provide photos of the damage or defect to help us expedite the process.

5. Refund Method
Once your return is processed and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment provider's processing times.
Credit Card Purchases: Refunds will be credited to the same credit card used for the purchase.
PayPal Purchases: Refunds will be credited to the PayPal account used for the purchase.
Other Payment Methods: Refunds will be processed based on the payment method used.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time, please follow these steps:
Check with Your Bank: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account due to the processing time of your bank or credit card company.
